1. Senior Playing Membership Cards will be issued by the Senior Men’s and Dames Managers once Annual Subscriptions have been paid.

2. Youth Membership Cards will be issued by Age Group Managers once Annual Subscriptions have been made.

3. Social and VP Membership Cards will be issued by Anne Crawshaw- Membership Secretary. Please email Anne membershipwindsor@outlook.com to arrange collection of your membership card.

Please Note:
• If a Membership Card is lost it will cost £5.00 for a replacement card.
• The Card remains the responsibility of Windsor RFC. Any instances where it is found the use of the card has been abused it will be withdrawn from that member.

Adult Playing and Social Membership:

REMEMBER in addition to receiving the above benefits, Adult Playing and Social Membership also allows you to enter the International Ticket Draw ( Six Nations and Autumn Internationals)
