Before most First XV home matches, we offer a sit down three-course lunch. This is available to members, non-members, friends and family, children; all are welcome.

During the season we hold a number of lunches where we entertain our sponsors as well as several reunion lunches for example, Senior Players Reunion, Old Windsorians Reunion, The Postminders, a VP's lunch and more.

If you've never joined us for a lunch before, why not come along and absorb the pre-match atmosphere where you will enjoy good company, a preview and insight into the match and the teams, occasional presentations and the odd amusing speech!

The club also offer our First XV home games as an opportunity to entertain clients or prospects. Why not reserve a table for clients or work colleagues for a great afternoon out. We can accommodate upward of 80 guests on round tables of 10 or seating arrangements as required with a lunch price £20.00. Bookings can be made through me, details below.

Pre match drinks available at the club bar which opens around mid day, lunch sit down times will vary depending on kick off times but normally between 12.45pm and 1.30pm.
