U8s - We welcome all boys and girls who are in Year 3 at school. Fun, Fresh Air and Friendship is our team moto, and the emphasis is on having fun, learning some basic skills making friends.
As the U7's we leave rucks, mauls and scrums to others!! These sessions are entirely about the kids playing fun games that build a foundation of rugby skills and increase their confidence to get involved. We strive to build a positive, supportive environment for all our kids.
Our coaches are all volunteer mums or dads who began by preferring to get involved, rather than simply watch from the sidelines.
Come and join us at our training sessions held every Sunday morning from September to end of April on the Home Park sports ground in Windsor.
Please arrive by 9:15am to register, get Tag Belt & Tags on and be ready to play.
These training sessions comprise warm-ups, fitness activities, ball handling skills and match practice and last about an hour; after which we regroup in the clubhouse for end of session awards.
Children are allowed to attend 2 training sessions to see whether they enjoy tag rugby, before we expect them to join the club.
