to be held on

Please note that any members wishing to stand for any of the positions above must be nominated and seconded by Voting Members of the Club at least one week prior to the AGM (9th August 2024). Directors are required to have been a Voting Member of the Club for at least two years prior to election. Voting Members are Life Members, Senior Members, Social Members and Vice Presidents. All nominations should be sent to the Hon Secretary, Graham Birch, at windsor@boltonbirch.co.uk.

If any voting Member wishes to see the Company Statutory Accounts for the year ended 30th April 2024, prior to the AGM, could they please contact Tom Codd at tom.codd1@gmail.com. The Minutes of last year’s Annual General Meeting, held on Friday, 18th August 2023, will be provided at the meeting. It is requested that any member who wishes to raise a matter under Item 12 “Any Other Business” should give notice of that to Graham Birch seven days before the meeting.

Only fully paid-up members are permitted to vote at the AGM.

A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy (who need not be a member) to attend and vote on their behalf at the Annual General Meeting or any adjournment thereof. To appoint a proxy, complete the attached form and lodge it with the Hon Secretary (email: windsor@boltonbirch.co.uk) no later than 7.30pm on Wednesday, 14th August 2024.
