Windsor U15 A v Bracknell U15 A - Match report By Duncan Gibb

Windsor started the stronger team with the lions share of territory and possession, this translated into a good opening try on 7 minutes by Windsor's Elliot, but alas the referee was unsighted! The pressure continued and just before the 12 minute mark a strong carry from the Windsor number 8 who setup quick ball for James J to score, going in almost untouched after quick hands from James E and Will M.

The game ebbed and flowed before Bracknell scored following heavy work by their forward pack, just before half time the Windsor defence failed to contain the powerful Bracknell 12 who burst through to score from the halfway line. The second half was keenly contested with most of the play in the middle third of the pitch. Windsor struck with about 15 minutes left to play, an excellent kick chased by Lawson forced Bracknell to concede a 5m penalty. From the resultant scrum James G picked and went from 8, scoring under the posts to give a simple conversion to Thomas S who put Windsor ahead 12-10. The remainder of the match was played out and Windsor clung on to secure a deserved victory.

Player of the Match - Joseph

Windsor U15 Development v Bracknell U15 Development - Match report By Lawson Hill.

Windsor Under 15B's emerged victorious in their fourth game of the season, defeating Bracknell Under 15B's 26-17 in a chilly and damp encounter.

The home side made a blistering start, with Morgan touching down after a series of impressive fends, leaving the Bracknell defence with no answer. Yuvraj and Shazaib also displayed some positive play, and Finlay showed strong work at the rucks. Windsor looked particularly good when they utilised the width of the pitch.

Bracknell rallied in the second half, but Windsor's strong running and passing combinations kept them at bay. A late second-half score sealed the win for the home team, securing their fourth Berkshire League victory of the season.
The victory was a testament to Windsor's collective effort and their ability to adapt to the challenging weather conditions. With four wins from four, Windsor B's are well-positioned for a successful season.

Player of the Match - Morgan.
