Following discussions with Windsor RFC, which have been initiated by Junior Chair, Anisha Oram, Windsor RFC have now become a Partner Club with Ealing Trailfinders.

Ealing Trailfinders are excited to launch our new Partner Clubs Programme building closer links with the grassroots clubs in our community. We’re excited to work together, offering support and creating opportunities for rugby to thrive at every level. With our professional players from both the men’s and women’s teams involved, we hope to inspire the next generation and provide valuable experiences for players, coaches, and club members. Through this partnership, we want to help grow the game and share its success across our community.

Here’s what the Ealing Trailfinders Partner Clubs Programme offers, packed with exciting benefits to support your club

· Matchday Takeover

Your club will have a dedicated matchday for all of our matchday activities including: mascots, matchball runner, the guard of honour, half-time tag rugby, and a place in our half-time crossbar challenge.

· Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Camp

Host a rugby camp at your club, featuring coaching sessions from our professional players (both men and women) – a unique opportunity for your players to learn from top-level athletes.

· Guaranteed Festival Spot

Your club will be guaranteed a place in one of our matchday festivals, giving your teams competitive opportunities against new clubs.

· Club Visit

We’ll come to your club on a Sunday morning, bringing our pro players to run fun games and coaching sessions across all age groups. We’ll also bring along our championship trophy and mascots, Bruno and Bella, for a memorable day.

· Cashback Scheme

Earn 25% cashback from match ticket sales (applicable to full price adult tickets) using your code, with the club raising the most receiving a coaching session from our First Team coaches. This will be tracked over the season and payable at the end of each year.

· Fundraising Support

We’ll provide tickets and merchandise to assist with your club’s fundraising efforts.

· Coaching CPD Events

Your coaches will receive exclusive invitations to CPD events, helping them continue to develop their skills.

· Promotion

Your club will be listed on our community pages of our website as a partner club with links back to your club. We will also create a partner club plaque to be displayed at your club.
