Windsor RFC are introducing Membership Cards from the 18th November 2023 which will enable members to get discount on bar and kitchen purchases in the clubhouse as well as with a number of local businesses.

There are 2 types of Membership Card:
• Adult Membership Card.
• Youth Membership Card.

Who is eligible for a Membership Card?
1. Life Members.
2. Vice Presidents.
3. Adult Playing Members.
4. Social Members.
5. Youth Members.
Please Note
1. Adult Playing Members/Social Members and Youth Members criteria is payment of Annual Subscription.
2. The Youth Member is the player and not the parent.
What benefits can I receive?
Windsor RFC:
1. Adult Membership Card:
1. 10% off Bar and Kitchen Purchases.
2. Entry to the Six Nations Draw.
2. Youth Membership Card:
1. 10% off Kitchen purchases. ( Food, Hot Drinks, Soft Drinks).

How can I join Windsor RFC to obtain a Membership Card?
You can join Windsor RFC by paying a Senior and Student Playing Membership, Youth Membership or Social Membership ( see link below).

1. Discounted Membership for both Adult and Youth Membership Cards;
1. £34 per month ( Normally £44 per month) and Joining Fee £5 ( Normally £30)
2. Junior Membership (Over 16) £29.99 per month – to be used during staff hours.
3. Discounts will be given on proof of Membership Card even for existing Snap Fitness Member.
We are hoping to add more local business to the list on an ongoing basis.

How do I get my card?
1. How do I obtain my Membership Cards:
1. Senior Playing Membership Cards will be issued by the Senior Men’s and Dames Managers once Annual Subscriptions have been paid.
2. Youth Membership Cards will be issued by Age Group Managers once Annual Subscriptions have been made.
3. Social and VP Membership Cards will be issued by Mike Crawshaw – please email Mike Crawshaw via Chair email address chair@windsorrugby.co.uk.
Please Note:
• If a Membership Card is lost it will cost £5.00 for a replacement card.
• The Card remains the responsibility of Windsor RFC. Any instances where it is found the use of the card has been abused it will be withdrawn from that member.
