Windsor Rugby Football Club are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated forwards coach who demonstrates a strong work ethic to join our coaching group. Windsor RFC is an ambitious club with a young player base and excellent youth section. The ideal candidate will join the team to regain Windsor’s position in level 6, consolidating and moving forward, along with developing the young player base for National League rugby. The position will require you to work closely with Andrew Symons (Head Coach and ex professional at Leicester, Northampton) to drive a professional club environment within a community rugby club. The role is to lead in creating a strong environment for the forward unit, developing both set-piece and scrums.

Key Responsibilities:
·Establish and drive a strong forwards culture and style across the senior section aligned to the club’s playing philosophy
·Ability to communicate clearly with players and coaches
·Assist in the recruitment of players to the whole senior squad
·Support the learning of all the club coaches and assist in developing forwards coaches across the wider club

Requirements:
·RFU Level 2/3 Coaching Certificate – desired but not essential
·Knowledge of current coaching / training process and modern trends within the game
·RFU National League experience (playing or coaching) desired but not essential
