Windsor RFC will be holding a meeting on Friday 9th February 2024 at 7.30pm where Mark Baines and James Brayshaw will be giving an update on the planned Redevelopment Project.

Mark Baines has put an enormous amount of work ,which the club are much appreciative of, to the develop the plans as well as commissioning the relevant reports so that the club can apply for planning permission. This work is now complete and Mark is putting the finishing touches before we can do this.

The hope is that we can apply for planning permission by the end of March, subject to Crown approval.

The club should know in 3 or 4 months whether this application is successful or not.

The Club are going to need support from Members as regards Fund Raising, developing a Business Plan with cashflow projections as well as looking at how the club would operate whilst the club is being redeveloped.

As a Board we are keen to have the views of those in involved in the Club on the proposed development and invite you to this meeting to express your opinions and ask questions.

We will also be looking for your support and help with this exciting project.
